Press Release: Kaufman Dolowich Announces Four New Partners

(January 26, 2016, Woodbury, NY) — Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck (KD), a nationally recognized law firm, today announced that it has promoted four of its attorneys to partner. The new partners are Eileen Ficaro, Christopher Tellner, Daniel Brody and Jason Lange.

Ficaro, based in KD’s Blue Bell, PA office, joined the firm as an associate in 2012. She focuses her practice on professional liability defense for attorneys, architects, engineers, insurance agents, and real estate agents; personal injury resulting from premises liability; directors and officers liability; and insurance coverage.

Tellner, also based in KD’s PA office, joined the firm in 2010. He concentrates his practice in insurance coverage and bad faith matters as well as life, health and disability litigation, general liability matters, including construction, environmental and property defense, complex commercial litigation, and professional liability of lawyers, insurance brokers, accountants, architects and engineers.

Brody, based in KD’s NYC office, joined the firm as an associate in 2006. Brody concentrates his practice in insurance coverage matters representing insurance carriers, primarily with respect to liability policies for corporate directors and officers and other professionals. His experience includes liability policies for financial institutions, investment managers, broker-dealers, ERISA fiduciaries and employment practices, as well as representations and warranties insurance coverage, general liability and reinsurance policies.

Lange, based in the firm’s Woodbury, NY headquarters office, joined the firm as an associate in 2011.  He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation with a focus in construction law and surety law. Lange represents owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, material suppliers and bonding companies in all facets of construction law on both public and private improvements. He also handles complex fidelity and insurance matters.
