Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, a leading national law firm, announced that Jaimie Bombard has joined the firm’s San Francisco office as a partner in the firm’s real estate group. With a focus in real estate litigation, Bombard has maintained her practice in the San Francisco Bay area for nearly a decade, and specializes in commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes. She also counsels clients and develops case strategy for all aspects of unlawful detainer litigation, and regularly represents clients in matters arising before the San Francisco Rent Board.

She handles property management, tenant buyouts, Ellis Act withdrawals, family evictions, and other just-cause based actions for removal in eviction-controlled California jurisdictions, and has also tried several cases in San Francisco Superior Court. Bombard most recently practiced at San Francisco-based firm Cooper, White & Cooper, and prior to that, with San Francisco real estate boutique firm Steven Adair MacDonald & Partners.
