New Attorneys in LA Coverage Group Featured in The Recorder’s On the Move Section

Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck has added partners Dean Herman and Hee Young Lee, senior counsel Craig Aronson and associates Steven SonAndrew Johnson and Mikhaile Savary to its Los Angeles office.

Herman will serve as co-chair of the firm’s national insurance/bad faith practice group with Kevin Mattessich, a New York-based partner, and together Herman and Lee will lead the insurance practice in the California offices. They both join from Mendes & Mount.

Herman, who will also be working out of the San Francisco office, earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1977 and his LL.M. from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 1978.

Lee graduated from UC-Hastings College of the Law in 1999.

Aronson, who focuses on coverage and professional liability, was previously with Gaglione, Dolan & Kaplan. He is a 1980 graduate of University of Chicago Law School.

Son, Johnson and Savary, most recently with Mendes & Mount, focus on litigation. Son received his J.D. from University of Illinois College of Law in 2007. Johnson graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 2009. Savary is a 2009 graduate of Columbia Law School.
