Ms. Hendrickson and her opposing counsel offer insights on the 7-day trial in federal court and the ensuing Seventh Circuit appeal. She represented the victim of the unauthorized trading and obtained judgment of nearly $2,000,000.  The case presents some interesting contractual and damages issues. They argued before the 7th Circuit in December and are awaiting the decision.
