The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) Diversity Conference, NYC

Posted Aug 29, 2017

Event Start Date: Oct 2, 2017

MCCA is hosting Creating Pathways to Diversity® Conference on October 3-4, 2017 in New York City. KDV representatives from the New Jersey office will be in attendance to learn to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. This is the 20th anniversary of the MCCA. It is a wonderful opportunity for outreach and communication with businesses hoping to promote diversity and equal employment opportunities.

Including a commitment to diversity, KDV strongly promotes the Women’s Initiative, empowering women in the legal profession. Women’s networking events hosted by outside organizations, such as the MCCA, are very often attended by KDV women partners and associates. Additionally, KDV women attorneys take an active role in our community through associations and various civic and business organizations.

This conference will cover a wide variety of diversity issues including:
  • Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
  • Mixing generations in the workplace
  • Avoiding diversity fatigue
  • Mandatory inclusion laws
  • Plus opportunities to network with like-minded legal professionals

More information will be included as the conference gets closer. Click here to register.
