KD Promotes Courtney Curtis-Ives, Kenneth Danielsen, Kevin O’Connell and Eric Stern To Partner

(February 2, 2018, Woodbury, NY) — Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP (KD), a leading national law firm, today announced that Courtney Curtis-Ives, Kenneth B. Danielsen, Kevin J. O’Donnell and Eric B. Stern have been elevated to partner. Curtis-Ives works in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Danielsen and O’Donnell are located in KD’s Hackensack, NJ office and Stern works in the firm’s Woodbury, NY headquarters.

Curtis-Ives, who joined KD in 2016 as of counsel, focuses her practice on representing attorneys in malpractice actions and fee disputes. Danielsen rejoined the firm in 2015 as an associate. In 2017 he was promoted to counsel. Danielsen concentrates his practice in the areas of maritime law, commercial litigation, intellectual property, construction, appellate and general liability litigation.  He litigates high exposure cases and defends clients following mass casualty events.

O’Donnell joined the firm in 2013 as an associate and was promoted to counsel in 2015. He focuses his practice on maritime law, products liability, premises liability, general negligence, employment liability, construction defects and construction accidents arising under Labor Law 240 and 241. Stern joined the firm in 2010 as counsel. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage and has litigated various types of policies including D&O liability, professional liability, commercial general liability, homeowners’ liability and first party policies.
