Jonathon Isaacson Speaker at ABA Young Professionals Event

The American Bar Association Standing Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability presents the 2018 Young Professionals Event in New York City, featuring Jonathan Isaacson, KD Partner (Long Island). Click here for more information. 

This program provides an educational and networking opportunity for young lawyers and young professional liability insurance industry professionals. The course includes keynote speaker Jarrett Adams, founder of the Innocence Project and breakout sessions. Mr. Isaacson’s session is entitled “The Dreaded Corporate Deposition of a Claims Handler.” He plans to offer concrete tips on how to best prepare and present a claims handler for deposition in both bad faith and coverage cases, as well as outlining the relevant evidentiary protections at issue in this type of deposition.
