Jim Yong Speaker at EB-5 Conference

KD attorney Jim Yong is a speaker at the 2018 EB-5 Convention, which will be held on July 23 and July 24, 2018 in Los Angeles, CA. Jim will be joining a panel of other experts in discussions on the “Compliance Land Mines” in the EB-5 space. Jim and his fellow panelist will discuss legal and compliance issues with the rules and regulations of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission; issues related to the use of a United States broker-dealer and the broker-dealer’s compliance with the rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”); and on-going compliance issues related to the regional centers.
