KD Partner and Co-Chair, Professional Liability/E&O Practice Group, Brett Scher, often works with the New York State Bar Association as a speaker at events. This fall he will be the co-presenter at a continuing education course in New York City.

Legal Ethics in the Age of the Internet

This comprehensive program for practitioners will address protecting confidential and personally identifiable information while complying with amended rule 1.6(c) and how to ethically utilize the internet in litigation and avoid social engineering scams. Featuring speakers: Brett Scher, Esq., Partner at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP. 

The program is also approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California, the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board and the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Uniform certificates of attendance can also be issued for other states.
