Philip Voluck, was quoted in Rebekah Mintzer’s article in the National Law Journal, January 27, 2017, regarding the Trump administration announcement on Wednesday that it had appointed Victoria Lipnic as acting chairwoman of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, replacing Jenny Yang, who was chairwoman since 2014:

Philip R. Voluck, managing partner at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, who represents employers and has served on panels with Lipnic, said in an emailed statement that employers “should feel comfortable” with her as chairwoman and that “her past policy positions did not adhere to partisan lines.”
