Overview
Graeme E. Hogan represents clients in matters involving commercial and business disputes, consumer financial services, and real estate disputes.
Mr. Hogan assists both large and small businesses as well as individuals in all phases of the litigation process, including complex class action cases.
During law school, he clerked for an intellectual property firm where he focused his work on trademark law and co-authored an article that was published in The Legal Intelligencer titled “Real World Trademark Rights for Fictional Brands.”
