  • Employment Practices Liability Defense. KDV’s Labor and Employment Law group defends clients in a full range of employment-related claims including sexual harassment, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and retaliation. We provide strategic counsel and representation to insurance carriers and their insureds as well as private companies in matters before state and federal courts as well as the United States Department of Labor, the United States Equal Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Justice, and state and local agencies and authorities.
