Stefan Dandelles, Presenting at 2016 ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Fidelity & Surety Law Committee’s Fall Meeting

Stefan Dandelles, Managing Partner at KD’s Chicago office, will be co-presenting  at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2016 Fidelity & Surety Law Committee meeting in Chicago, IL. The meeting will focus on the FSLC’s latest publication, the fourth edition of the Financial Institution Bonds book.

This presentation will explore the factors that courts consider in determining whether a Bond may be rescinded due to an insured’s misrepresentations, including the interplay between General Agreement (D) and both statutory and common law authority, as well as an insured’s potential defenses to rescission.
