Scott Miller to Attend CLM 2018 Litigation Management Institute

KD partner and Chairperson of KD’s Construction Accident Practice Group, Scott Miller, is one of the lucky 100 attendees of the 2018 CLM Litigation Management Institute. The Litigation Management Institute is a real educational experience, not a tradeshow, conference or seminar. Each course will be taught by executives with extensive litigation management experience. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive the Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation. Hosted at Loyola Law School in Chicago, the Litigation Management Institute (LMI) is the first certification program specifically designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business of litigation management. The rigorous is designed to bridge the gap between legal theory and litigation strategy, and the business aspects of litigation management.
