November 3, 2014 – Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP is pleased to announce that Michael L. Zigelman has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
Michael Zigelman is a partner in the firm’s New York City and Long Island offices, and co-chair of the General Liability Insurance Coverage Group and the Environmental, Toxic and Mass Tort Group. Mr. Zigelman concentrates his practice in D&O liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, ERISA-related claims, toxic/mass tort and environmental matters. He has extensive experience in complex insurance coverage litigation for insurers and reinsurers throughout the United States. Mr. Zigelman also conducts continuing education seminars on a range of topics for attorneys and insurance professionals.
