Session Overview: This session is an introduction into reinsurance, the support provided to an insurance company (the ceding company) by the reinsurer and the complexities of the reinsurance coverage in the event of a large or complex loss, or an industry event. We will highlight why it is that reinsurance claims professionals are always the highlight of a party with interesting discussions that span our world of claims and insurance losses!
