Andrew Richards, partner and chair of KD’s Construction Practice, is quoted in an article published by Long Island Business News on January 26, 2015. In the article, Andrew discusses the trend of boutique construction firms getting acquired by larger firms.

“It was a practice area where trade contractors, developers and construction managers never really went to big firms,” Richards said. “But what starts to happen with smaller firms is that when a lease comes up, they get approached… senior partners don’t want to be concerned with the bottom line anymore.”
