Kaufman Dolowich Adds Real Estate Partner Jaimie Bombard in San Francisco, News Release, March 30, 2022

San Francisco (March 30, 2022)  — Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck,LLP (KD), a leading national law firm, today announced that Jaimie Bombard has joined the Firm’s San Francisco office as a partner in the Real Estate group.

With a focus in real estate litigation, Bombard has maintained her practice in the San Francisco Bay area for nearly a decade, and specializes in commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes. She also counsels clients and develops case strategy for all aspects of unlawful detainer litigation, and regularly represents clients in matters arising before the San Francisco Rent Board. She handles property management, tenant buyouts, Ellis Act withdrawals, family evictions, and other just-cause based actions for removal in eviction-controlled California jurisdictions, and has also tried several cases in San Francisco Superior Court.

Bombard most recently practiced at San Francisco-based firm Cooper, White & Cooper LLP, and prior to that, with San Francisco real estate boutique firm Steven Adair MacDonald & Partners, P.C.

Bombard received her J.D., with distinction, from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. She received her B.A. from Emerson College in Boston. She was named a Northern California “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, 2017-2020.
