Kaufman Dolowich Elevates Benakote and Newcomb to Partnership in Los Angeles, 8-15-2023

LOS ANGELES, Ca. (August 15, 2023) – Kaufman Dolowich, a leading national law firm, announced today it has elevated two attorneys in its Los Angeles office to its partnership. Benakote defends employer clients in wage-and-hour litigation, including individual and class actions, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims for various causes of action under the California Labor Code and federal law. He represents employers in litigation matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He has substantial experience trying individual cases. Newcomb represents professionals, including lawyers and real estate agents, in professional liability disputes. She has successfully arbitrated numerous claims on behalf of her law firm clients. She also represents homeowners’ associations against claims brought against them by homeowners, including claims arising out of an association’s governing documents.
