Jean Liu Sworn in as VP External of the Chinese American Bar Association

KD attorney in the Chicago office, Jean Liu, was sworn in as the Vice President External of the Chinese American Bar Association (CABA). During the 31st Anniversary Installation and Awards Reception on October 11th,  Ms. Liu gave the opening remarks. She spoke of CABA’s accomplishments in the past year, and introduced Judge Edmond Chang of the Northern District of Illinois, winner of CABA’s Justice C. Liu Lifetime Achievement Award.

CABA was formed in 1986 as the first local bar association for attorneys of Asian descent in the Chicagoland area. CABA is a forum and resource for networking and learning, organizing and sponsoring events of  interest to its members and providing public services to the local Chinese and Pan-Asian community. KD congratulates Ms. Liu on the great accomplishment!
