Employment Practices Liability

KDVG’s Employment Practices Liability (EPL) practice includes sexual harassment, employment discrimination and wrongful discharge defense. Our attorneys represent insurance carriers and their insureds as well as private companies before state and federal courts, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the United States Department of Labor, state and local human rights agencies. We also litigate employment claims in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Indiana, Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, and California.
