Kaufman, Esq. established KDVG in 1986 as a Labor and Employment Law Firm serving management exclusively.  From that base, KDVG evolved into a market leader in Employment Practices Liability defense.  Subsequently with the addition of seasoned industry professionals, KDVG has emerged as a multi-faceted Law Firm serving the business community in critical areas.

KDVG’s Partners are seasoned legal counselors, each bringing years of successful experience in their practice areas.  Many of KDVG’s Associates were previously Judicial Interns in a host of courts throughout the United States.
