Jody T. Walker concentrates in Labor and Employment Law on Behalf of Management, Professional Liability and Education Law. She defends companies against employment law claims in federal and state court and counsels management concerning various employment law issues such as disability, age and race discrimination.

Ms. Walker has represented a major New Jersey university before the United States Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights and hospitals regarding various employment law matters.

Ms. Walker received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law where she was a Partners in Excellence Scholar and received the award for the Most Significant Contribution to Clinical Programs Overall. During law school, she interned at the Seton Hall University School of Law Center for Social Justice and also interned for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway Jr., United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Walker is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
