Ellen Storch, Of Counsel, concentrates her practice representing management in all areas of Employment Litigation including discrimination and harassment cases. She represents clients in federal and state courts and various state and local human rights agencies. She also conducts sexual harassment and discrimination investigations and counsels international, national and local employers regarding employment contracts and employer policies with emphasis on litigation avoidance strategies.

Ms. Storch regularly lectures on employment law issues at a variety of organizations including bar associations, the Epilepsy Foundation, the American Heart Association and the New York Biotechnology Association. Ms. Storch recently served as an adjunct professor at New York Institute of Technology where she taught Human Resources Policies and Procedures in the HR Management Masters Program.

In addition. Ms. Storch writes a monthly column on employment issues for Long Island Pulse Magazine and is regularly quoted in Newsday for her expertise in employment law. Prior to joining KDVG, she was an associate at nationally recognized law firms on Long Island and at an international law firm based in New York City where she concentrated in employment law and corporate commercial litigation.

Ms. Storch received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law School where she was a member of the University of Southern California Law Review.
