Gregory Hyman has more than 17 years of extensive experience in employment and labor law on behalf of management; professional liability/errors and omissions defense for attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, insurance agents, attorneys and real estate agents; and directors and officers liability. He represents clients throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Mr. Hyman has successfully litigated cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware and defended businesses and individuals before state and federal courts and administrative agencies including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and United States Department of Labor.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Hyman also counsels employers on a wide range of workplace issues, employment policies, restrictive covenants, severance contracts and compliance with federal and state laws. He assists employers in implementing policies and strategies to prevent claims by drafting and reviewing handbooks and conducting training sessions on equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
Prior to joining KDVG, Mr. Hyman was with Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C. in its Moorestown, New Jersey office.
Mr. Hyman is a frequent presenter on employment law issues for Human Resource and other industry organizations.
Mr. Hyman earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law with honors and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, magna cum laude, from George Washington University.
Mr. Hyman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. His memberships include the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Burlington County and Montgomery County Bar Associations as well as the Professional Liability Underwriters Society (PLUS).
